Rajesh Kumar Singh, (IAS), Principal Secretary, Uttar Pradesh Home Guard, Backward Classes Welfare and Disability Empowerment Department, visited ALIMCO Headquarters in Kanpur.

Praveen Kumar, CMD, ALIMCO, welcomed Rajesh Kumar Singh and briefed him on ALIMCO's advanced manufacturing facilities, modern production units, technical capabilities, and various assistive devices and rehabilitation products developed for persons with disabilities and senior citizens, as well as the rehabilitation services and beneficiary-centric facilities provided by the Corporation.

Amit Singh, Joint Director, Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, Government of Uttar Pradesh, and other department officials were also present at the meeting. During the meeting, meaningful discussions were held on various topics related to the welfare, rehabilitation, and empowerment of persons with disabilities, and emphasis was placed on further strengthening coordination between ALIMCO and the Government of Uttar Pradesh.
