The Principal Chief Operations Managers (PCOMs) Conference 2026 of Indian Railways was held on August 24-25, 2026 at the Indian Railways Institute of Transport Management (IRITM), Lucknow.

The conference was addressed by Dr. Manoj Singh, Member/Operations & Business Development, Railway Board. Principal Chief Operations Managers of all Zonal Railways and senior officers of the Railway Board along with Shobhit Bhatnagar, Director/OP&BD, DFCCIL, participated in the conference to deliberate on improving operational efficiency, train scheduling, optimisation of existing rail infrastructure and rolling stock, strengthening freight movement and cargo loading, and the integration of technology-driven solutions for traffic management.

The conference served as an important platform for discussing operational strategies and strengthening the efficiency and capacity of the Indian Railways network.
