Validity of Companies Compliance Facilitation Scheme extended

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has extended the validity of the Companies Compliance Facilitation Scheme-2026 (CCFS-2026) upto August 31, 2026. The Ministry had introduced the CCFS-2026 to provide an opportunity to companies to complete pending statutory filings. The date has been extended in view of the capacity enhancement/restoration activities being done at the data centre consequent to a fire incident on June 5, 2026.
