Mrs Rekha Pandey to fill vacancy of Director (Pers), Mahanadi Coalfields Ltd
Mrs Rekha Pandey, General Manager (HR/CSR), Coal India Limited, has been selected for the post of Director (Personnel), Mahanadi Coalfields Limited (MCL) lying vacant since July 1, 2026 with the expiring term of incumbent Keshav Rao. Mrs Pandey, who was selected among 11 shortlisted candidates by the Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) at a selection meeting held on July 14, 2026, will fill the vacancy. Presently, SECL HR Director Biranchi Das is holding an additional charge of this post.
