At GAIL, excellence is driven by the collective efforts of employees who continuously challenge the status quo, innovate, and create lasting value. The CMD Trophy Award for the Best Quality Circle (QC) Project of FY 2024–25 celebrates these outstanding contributions towards operational excellence, quality enhancement, cost optimization, and sustainable business growth.

During FY 2024–25, 110 Quality Circle Projects were successfully completed across GAIL. Following a rigorous evaluation process, the most impactful projects were recognized by Deepak Gupta, CMD, at the CMD Trophy Award Ceremony held at GAIL Corporate Office on 21 July 2026. Also present on the occasion were S K Sinha, Director (Finance), GAIL and Rajnesh Singh, CVO, GAIL.

Congratulating the winning teams, Deepak Gupta, CMD, commended their innovative approach and dedication to continuous improvement. He emphasized that Quality Circle initiatives play a vital role in fostering a culture of innovation, operational excellence, and sustainability, while contributing significantly to GAIL’s vision of becoming a future-ready organization.
