Visakhapatnam Port Authority successfully hosted an Awareness & Interactive Session on the Adjudicatory Board for Major Ports (ABMP) for PPP Concessionaires, Port Users, Shipping Lines, Stevedores, Handling Agents & Stakeholders.

M Sankar Babu, Secretary, VPA, and D. Ramana Murthy, FA & CAO, VPA, welcomed the ABMP delegation. All Heads of Departments (HoDs) of VPA also participated in the session.

The programme featured insights on the Constitution, Powers & Functions of ABMP, Dispute Resolution Procedures, a live demonstration of the ABMP e-Filing Portal, and an interactive Q&A, reinforcing transparent, efficient, and digital dispute resolution under the Major Port Authorities Act, 2021.
