The Appointments Committee of Cabinet has approved the promotion of Capt. Santoshkumar Sahebrao Darokar from Deputy Nautical Advisor-cum-Senior Deputy Director General (Technical), to the grade of Principal Officer (Nautical)-cum-Joint Director General (Technical) in the Directorate General of Shipping.
