Appointment of Atul Gupta delayed; additional charge of CMD, EIL to Khanooja extended
With the appointment of Atul Gupta, Director (Commercial), EIL getting delayed, Praveen M Khanooja gets extension to the additional charge of Chairman & Managing Director, Engineers India Limited (EIL) for a further period of three months. Khanooja, who belongs to the 1994 batch of Indian Audit & Accounts Service (IA&AS), has been working as Additional Secretary in the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas since August 2022.
