Sudhanshu Mohan Samal, IAS, MD, OMC, visited Kurmitar Iron Ore Mines and emphasised on achieving production capacity of 6 MTPA and timely execution of key initiatives to ensure sustained raw material supply to propel Odisha's industrial ecosystem.

The visit also focused on timely commissioning of the MDO project including 8.5 km pipeline conveyor system, mechanised ore evacuation and modern loading infrastructure to enhance efficiency, productivity and sustainable mineral transportation.

OMC continues to drive responsible, efficient and future-ready mining practices aligned with the vision of sustainable industrial development.
