A landmark moment at NSE India as we celebrated the bell ringing ceremony of the first foreign equity listing on NSE International Exchange (NSEIX) by Ellinas Finance Company Ltd., under the aegis of the NSEIX – Cyprus Stock Exchange MoU.

The event commenced with a welcome address by our MD & CEO, Ashishkumar Chauhan, who welcomed the dignitaries and guests. Senior representatives from NSE presented the iconic bell memento to the dignitaries.

The ceremony witnessed memorable bell ringing and bull photo moments, marking a significant milestone in strengthening cross-border capital market collaboration.

The event also featured addresses by: Nearchos Petrides, MD & CEO, Ellinas Finance Company Ltd; Viraj Kulkarni, Hon. Consul for Cyprus in Mumbai; Manish, High Commissioner of India to Cyprus; V Balasubramaniam, MD & CEO, NSEIX, who delivered the vote of thanks.

This milestone reflects the growing global connectivity of India’s capital markets and reinforces the strategic importance of GIFT IFSC and NSEIX in enabling international listings.
