Uttam Lal, Director (Personnel), NHPC, visited the Chutak Power Station from May 23 to 24, 2026. Upon his arrival at the power station, he was welcomed by senior officials led by Ramakant Malik, Head of the Power Station. The Director (Personnel) held discussions with the officers and employees posted at the station regarding various project-related matters and issued necessary directives. He inspected the Surge Shaft, Power House, and Barrage, subsequently holding a meeting with the officials to review the progress of the project. The Director (Personnel) congratulated the Head of the Power Station and all the personnel on Chutak Power Station achieving record power generation during the financial year 2025-26. He also inaugurated the Admin Building Extension and the Office Complex, and participated in a tree-plantation drive.
