At the Jalna Industrial Summit 2026, MIDC CEO, Deependra Singh Kushwah (IAS) outlined a focused vision to strengthen Jalna’s industrial ecosystem through quality infrastructure, reliable utilities, affordable industrial land, investor facilitation and Ease of Doing Business.

Key priorities include strengthening the Steel & Engineering sector, promoting Agro and Food Processing and Wine industries, and leveraging the upcoming Jalna Dry Port and Samruddhi Mahamarg to unlock new logistics and export opportunities.

The Summit also emphasised end-to-end investor handholding, faster approvals through Single Window Clearance, and regular industry consultations to identify and resolve sector-specific challenges.

With its strong industrial base and strategic connectivity, Jalna is poised to emerge as a leading industrial and logistics hub of Maharashtra.
