At the Global Energy Leaders Summit 2026 organized by Global Energy & Environment Foundation (GEEF) on May 2026 at New Delhi, Ayush Gupta, Director (HR), GAIL (India) Limited, was conferred with the “Global HR Influential Thinker of the Year 2026” award. On his behalf, K Dev Kumar, CGM(HRD) received the award.

GAIL also received the following recognitions: HR Innovation Excellence of the Year 2026 for the initiative Ojas; Employee Engagement & Social Impact Excellence of the Year 2026. These awards recognize GAIL’s initiatives in HR innovation, employee engagement, and social impact.
