BSE & NSE organize Issuer Outreach Programme
Under SEBI’s guidance, BSE & NSE organised an Issuer Outreach Programme as part of the ‘Bonds - Ek Sashakt Bandhan’ initiative to help unlisted issuers tap listed bonds for capital.
The event was graced by Amarjeet Singh, WTM, Ms. Maninder Cheema, ED, K Saravanan, CGM & other SEBI officials.
Mrs Radha Kirthivasan, Head Listing & SME, BSE, along with BSE’s Fixed Income team, guided issuers on Private Placement & Public Issue via the EBP platform during the event.
