BHEL pays Rs. 283.56 cr final dividend to Govt of India
Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) paid a final dividend of Rs. 283.56 crore for the year 2025-26 to the Government of India. The Chairman-cum-Managing Director, K Sadashiv Murthy presented a cheque towards the final dividend on the equity (58.17%) to H D Kumaraswamy, Union Minister of Heavy Industries and Steel in the presence of Kamran Rizvi, Secretary, Heavy Industries. The dividend amount of Rs. 283.56 crore for the FY 2025-26 is more than two and half times of that for FY 2024-25.

Significantly, the total dividend paid to the company's shareholders for FY 2025-26 amounts to Rs. 487.49 crore.

Directors on the board of BHEL and senior officials of the Ministry of Heavy Industries were also present on this occasion.
