MMRDA’s Metro Bhavan has been awarded the prestigious IGBC Platinum Pre-Certification, the highest green building rating by the Indian Green Building Council, recognising its commitment to environment-friendly and future-ready infrastructure.

Designed as the central Operations Control Centre for the Mumbai Metropolitan Region’s expanding metro network, Metro Bhavan integrates energy efficiency, water conservation, sustainable materials, green construction practices and innovation into its foundation.

As Mumbai moves towards a cleaner and more connected future, the very nerve centre powering this transformation is being built as a green landmark.
