A significant step towards strengthening leadership and learning at Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) as its Management Training Institute (MTI) partners with Management Development Institute (MDI) Gurgaon through a newly signed MoU for Executive Education Programmes for a period of three years.

This collaboration will blend academic insight with real-world business experience through customised leadership development initiatives, innovation-led learning, global exposure programmes, joint research, consulting, and impactful action-learning projects tailored for SAIL executives.

The MoU was signed by  Prof. Sumita Rai, Dean – Industry Connect, MDI Gurgaon  & Sanjay Dhar, ED (HR-L&D), MTI, SAIL, in the presence of  Prof. Arvind Sahay, Director MDI Gurgaon, K K Singh, Director (Personnel), SAIL, and senior representatives from both organisations.

Together, the partnership aims to nurture future-ready leaders and strengthen organisational capability in line with global best practices.
