A two-Day Capacity Building Workshop for Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) of Andhra Pradesh, in Vijayawada, has been organized by HUDCO in collaboration with APUFIDC and MA&UD, to strengthen urban development capacities under UCF.

Dr P Narayana, Minister, MA&UD, Andhra Pradesh, inaugurated the workshop that witnessed insightful addresses by Sri S Suresh Kumar, IAS, Principal Secretary, MA&UD and Dr P Sampath Kumar, IAS, MD, APUFIDC.

Sanjay Kulshrestha, CMD, highlighted HUDCO’s programmes and the significance of project readiness, bankability assessment, financial structuring and sustainable urban infrastructure planning.

Over two days, the sessions will include experts and practitioners covering DPR formulation, municipal finance, innovative financing mechanisms, PPP structuring, institutional loans, municipal bonds and UCF readiness, empowering ULBs towards resilient and future-ready cities.
