Coordination meeting of staff officers held at SECL Headquarters
A coordination meeting of Staff Officers (HR) from various SECL areas was held at the SECL headquarters on June 5, 2026, under the chairmanship of Director (Personnel) Biranchi Das.
During the meeting, a detailed review of various important issues and activities related to the HR department was conducted, and necessary guidelines were issued for their effective and timely implementation. Discussions were held on various matters concerning human resource management, and timelines were set for the execution of tasks.
In his address, Director (Personnel) Biranchi Das stated that the role of HR professionals is to establish effective coordination between employee expectations and organizational objectives. He placed special emphasis on ensuring operational excellence in service delivery and fostering a positive employee perception aligned with the company's goals. He urged all officers to ensure the effective implementation and continuous monitoring of tasks within the stipulated timeframes.
