PVV INFRA LIMITED was brought from Hyderabad to Ludhiana; sold over 4,000 Tonne of steel in the name of a Project by giving heavy discounts. Out of 4,000 Tonne, about 500 Tonne was sold by Trichy branch. Balance sheet accessed by ‘Bureaugram.com’ confirms that all the steel sold by SAIL officials to the firm was TRADED/RE-SOLD.

V S Chakravarty was suspended along with other 28 officers after the order dated January 10. 2024 in the matter of Venkatesh Infra Projects P Ltd. He has superannuated on June 30, 2025 but his retiral benefits are on hold. Till date, he has not received the salary difference for the suspension period.

As Branch Manager of Hyderabad R R Singh was instrumental in supplying 8,000 Tonne of Plate Mill Plates to B2B commerce firm OFB Tech P Ltd (OfBusiness) in the name of Projects. As per the invoices issued by SAIL, all the plates were shipped to Sudha Engineering.

Following the same modus-operandi, Bhupender Singh is instrumental in supplying steel to many other Traders in the name of Projects. Few of them are : Plate Mill Plates to Venkatesh Infra Projects P Ltd from Ghaziabad; Plates to Sikha Construction from Ghaziabad and TMT from Trichy; Subham Builders from Trichy; BRICK2WALL INFRATECH PVT LTD from Trichy and Ludhiana; ZARIELLE PROJECTS & SERVICES LLP from Trichy and Ludhiana; OFB Tech P Ltd from Trichy AKASH ENGINEERING COMPANY from Ludhiana; SSGOEL BUILDCON P LTD from Ludhiana.

SUDHA ENGINEERING WORKS is a Hyderabad based fabrication and machining service provider, with assembly facilities, offering one-stop-shop solution. R R Singh Branch Manager of Hyderabad offered the business on platter to OFB Tech P Ltd. During Oct 2020 to Jan 2021, about 8,000 Tonne of Plate Mill Plates sold to OFB Tech P Ltd at heavy discounts in the name of Projects and ship to Sudha Engineering in the invoices issued by SAIL.Sources confirm that the sales officials involved in the approval process of the above sale were R R Singh Branch Manager, Hyderabad; V Sashidhar, Regional Business Manager (Flat Products), Southern Region; Vinod Gupta, Regional Manager, Southern Region; V S Chakravarty, Chief General Manager (Flat Products),HQ and Mahesh Chand Agarwal, Executive Director (Sales & ITD),HQ.
