Points to ponder for the honest well-meaning hearts and minds

1.    Fujiyama Power Infra Private Limited is Sonipat based electric two-wheeler manufacturer. With the sole purpose of getting TMT Bars from SAIL as a FAKE PROJECT, the firm took a new GSTIN on Aug 30, 2021 with the nature of core business activity as ‘Trader-Wholesaler/Distributor’ at its Delhi address and started lifting from Oct 2021 from the Indore Branch of SAIL CMO and subsequently from Gwalior.

TMT Bars were being shipped to the Delhi address, then how did Gwalior come into the scene more so when not a single tonne was lifted from the Gwalior warehouse?

2.  AB Buildcon was incorporated and GSTIN was taken on July 03, 2021 at the works address of Fujiyama Power Infra Private Limited with the nature of core business activity as ‘Trader-Retailer’ and started lifting from July 2021 itself from the Gwalior Branch of SAIL CMO and subsequently from Indore.

All the TMT Bars were shipped to Haryana, the how did MP based branches of Western Region come into the picture more so when not a single tonne was lifted from the Gwalior/Indore warehouse?

3.    RS Infra Projects was incorporated and GSTIN was taken on Mar 10, 2022 at an Alwar based address with the nature of core business activity as ‘Trader-Wholesaler/Distributor’ and started lifting from April 2023 from the Baroda Branch of SAIL CMO.

TMT bars were either shipped to the Alwar address or shipped to Patel Engineering Ltd [an important project customer of SAIL], with about 90% TMT Bars taken on Direct Despatch by Road. From where the Baroda branch come into the picture that too when the branch does not have a warehouse? Project MOU was signed by Baroda.

4. Hitech Infra Solutions was incorporated and GSTIN was taken on Mar 04, 2022 at a Indore based address with the nature of core business activity as ‘Trader-Wholesaler/Distributor’ and started lifting from July 2022 from the Indore Branch of SAIL CMO. As per our information all the TMT Bars have been shipped to 75, Kajipura, Ujjain.
