The Government of India has empaneled Keshav Kumar Pathak for holding the post of Secretary after the ‘Bureaugram’ highlighted that a senior IAS officer of 1990 batch is reporting to his one-year junior IAS officer of 1991 in Cabinet Secretariat. As per postings, Keshav Kumar Pathak, who belongs to a 1990 batch IAS officer of Bihar cadre, is serving as Special Secretary and reporting to Manoj Govil, Secretary Coordination, a 1991 batch IAS officer of Madhya Pradesh cadre, in the Cabinet Secretariat, Government of India. Pathak was empanelled only for holding Secretary equivalent posts in April 2025.
